"I wanted to take a minute to thank you for recommending Road Side Assistance for our policy! Our car battery has been corroding, but we can't get it replaced until this weekend. Because of the Roadside Assistance, we have been able to get the car jumped a few times until our appointment with a mechanic (the battery is inconveniently placed, which makes it harder for us to replace the battery ourselves). I've been able to easily place a request through the State Farm app, and the people they sent out have been easy to work with. All Star Towing is the company that has been helping us over the past few days. I know it might sound insignificant, but you are doing more than selling insurance. You are making my family's life a little less stressful in an impactful way."
