"Everyone in the office has been very helpful and supportive during stressful times a serious car crash where some one caused a crash that totaled our car and when a 100 ft tree was struck by lightning and went on and thru our roof. Megan is a gem and is always pleasant. Very helpful and a joy to speak with, she's my go to person."

"Extremely dissatisfied with their service; unprofessional staff; poor communication; policy changes without justification; no trustworthy statement; their actions and what you see on your bill never match; they are defrauding you! Stay wary from this store; we complained about them and were given a refund by underwriters, who told me they had no idea what was going on there!"

"Hi Tannaz, Thank you for your review. I am sorry about your ongoing frustrations with your insurance premium, despite the thorough explanations my team has consistently provided. On May 7, 2024, you and your husband added a vehicle through our after-hours call center. You were understandably upset with the rate they provided, which prompted you to reach out to my agency when your next bill generated. On June 10, 2024, I met with you and your husband in person to discuss your premium concerns and conduct a comprehensive review of all your household policies. I’m pleased that we were able to save you money, and you both expressed satisfaction with the resolution. Before you left, you mentioned that your son would soon be getting his license and that you wanted to add him to your policy. I provided you with an estimate of how much your policy would increase when that time came, ensuring you were fully informed about how this would affect your monthly bill. On August 22, 2024, you officially added your son as a driver, which significantly increased your rate. You then reached out to my agency for an explanation regarding the increase. We clarified that this was due to having a youthful driver in your household and confirmed that your new rate was consistent with the estimate I provided on June 10, 2024. We explained that any changes you request for your policy will impact your overall bill. On October 25, 2024, you called my office to request the cancellation of your policies, effective October 11, 2024. My team member, Jack, submitted the cancellations as requested. It's important to note that you did not receive a "refund" from underwriting; rather, your balance was eliminated because the cancellations were processed (which can take anywhere from 3-7 business days). This is standard procedure and occurs every time a cancellation is submitted. The underwriters were not involved in this process since Jack had already submitted the cancellations. Throughout this entire process, my team and I have made every effort to set your expectations clearly, just as we do with all our clients. As reflected in our other reviews, our clients are very satisfied with the level of service we provide. As I have mentioned in every response to your emails, I am always here if you have any additional questions or would like to discuss this further. - Demetrike "
